Senior Living Works is an initiative led by Argentum to meet the current and future needs of the senior living industry. Our focus is two-fold: engage and recruit the senior living workforce, and retain and train current employees.
By 2025, we need to recruit 1.4 million workers to the senior living industry. We’re tackling this recruitment goal head-on by bringing caring, career-minded individuals into senior living professions today.
Our 2016 State of the Industry report found that the turnover rate for senior care careers is 45%. We seek to reduce this number.
Senior Living Works offers engagement toolkits, outreach resources, and PowerPoint presentations for successful recruitment.
