Senior living communities have expedited their recruitment and prerequisites in response to the impact of the COVID-19 virus. Many communities have created short-term positions and utility roles that can be an excellent fit for workers in hospitality, retail, and other industries that have faced major layoffs.

Senior living communities have extensive plans in place for emergency situations and they follow rigorous infection control procedures and protocol every day. During this unprecedented time, communities are following federal, state, and local guidance and taking extraordinary steps to minimize risk to residents and staff. These include restricted access, screening, social distancing, and intensive cleaning protocols. Employees receive initial and ongoing training to maintain their safety and the wellbeing of our residents.
